Exercise - Technical Testing Circus

Each mentor will run a ‘stand’ where they will demonstrate something related to technical testing.

Students will be free to move from stand to stand and get involved with demos and exercises and ask questions.

Students will also be encouraged to be open minded, and move around so there is a good spread across stands

A stand would consist of a demo or a technical activity that testers would get involved with. Try and build something that is interactive and fun. Some suggestions of demos could be:

  • IoT

  • Databases

  • Using proxy tools

  • APIs

  • Monitoring / log files

  • Using browser Developer tools

  • Testing VR

However, we are not looking for demos in test automation.

Your demo or exercise should be approximately 10 minutes long and allow time for questions
